NW Las Vegas

This house was to be our tiki paradise but we need to leave Las Vegas. This is not for sale by owner, we are going through a realtor but thought we would put it out there a bit ourselves in the hopes to find some other creative tiki lovers that might want to continue what we started.

The house is a tri-level with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, dining room or family room, living room, in ground pool, covered patio. It's not huge but the layout is really cool and feels like a lot of space, almost 1700 sq feet. We have not done a ton to it but you can see from the pics we were on our way, I spent months decoupaging the kitchen cabinets leopard, how cool does that look!! Unfortunately we never got to do the tiles or countertop. One kitchen wall and 2 of the dining room walls have matting and you can see my favorite wall in the house is wood and leopard fabric. The fabric has mirror under it. The upstairs rooms (3 upstairs) are each painted a different retro color, orange, green, yellow and the hallway is turquoise which is the same color as the non matted walls in the dinning room. The lowest level is brick and screams for some retro panel but we never got to that. On that level is the living room, bathroom and the 4th bedroom. I think this had a lot of potential and I am sad to have to leave it. I think with some more work it could really be a tropical paradise. (please ignore that ugly kitchen table, it was supposed to be temporary till we found the right set)

House has an attached single car garage which is our wood shop so there is peg board on all the walls, can still be used as a garage but might be a nice bonus for some other crafty folk.

Thats all I can think of right now, if you have any questions email SUZEE
